Services Offered

We provide business consulting, business formation, business planning, and automation services as described on our website. Deliverables and timelines are outlined for each service at the time of purchase.
Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before delivery. We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payments via Stripe. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed purchases will be honored at the listed price.
Delivery Timeline
​
Business Formation Services: 5–7 business days
Business Plans: 7–10 business days
AI Setup: 7 business days
Consulting Sessions: Scheduled upon payment
Client Responsibilities
​
Clients must provide all requested information promptly and accurately. Delays in response may impact service timelines. Stratege Consultants is not responsible for delays due to incomplete information.
Intellectual Property
​
All deliverables (business plans, automation systems, strategies) are owned by the Client upon final payment, excluding any third-party software tools used.
Confidentiality
​
We treat all client information and business data as strictly confidential and do not share it with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to complete the services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has begun or access to proprietary materials has been delivered

.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consulting Sessions: Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.Monthly Services: Cancel any recurring service at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
