3. Service Engagement and Fulfillment Process
a. Initial Consultation

Clients may begin with a consultation (virtual or in-person) to discuss goals, scope, and desired outcomes.

A Service Proposal or Engagement Agreement will be issued outlining deliverables, fees, and timelines.
b. Agreement and Payment

Fulfillment begins upon receipt of the signed agreement and required initial payment or retainer.

c. Service Delivery

Consulting and advisory services are fulfilled according to the project scope and milestones agreed upon.

4. Delivery Timeline

5. Payment Terms

No client data is shared or sold to third parties without consent.
9. Force Majeure
Stratege Consultants, Inc. will not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or regulatory disruptions.
Clients will be notified immediately if such events affect fulfillment.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy or an engagement agreement will first be addressed through direct communication or mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where the company is registered.
